How we scaled up this clothing brand to over Rs. 1.5 Crore ($200k) revenue in 6 months

Most brands always wonder how to effectively scale up without affecting their ROAS drastically.
Well, here's what we did for this clothing brand selling both men's & women's wear products who worked with us last year.
1. Strategically use historical data to run ads.
Using the brand's historical data we came in and set up ads for the fastest-selling products, making changes to their shopify store layout and also setting up LLAs
2. Focus on growing each category individually:
Before we got on board, their ad strategy was to run DPAs and increase budgets in campaigns which performed. No niched-down approach. (IF YOU ARE DOING THIS, THAT'S NOT HOW YOU RUN ADS.)
Give each product/category specific focus.
3. Creatives testing & diversifying:
Creative testing and diversification focusing on individual categories helped us form a large pool at the top of the funnel, which we were able to scale up smoothly.
4. Running separate campaigns for MOF & BOF:
MOF and BOF ads were nonexistent. Just by adding this, we were able to add 20% more revenue to the client's store.
